Use case
Clip client videos faster.
Agencies and freelance editors use FluidCut to do the first pass on client footage: it finds the strongest moments, cuts and captions them, and hands back a layered project you can polish. Pricing is per minute of video rather than per seat, so cost follows the work.
Where it saves time
- The first watch. Instead of scrubbing an hour of footage, start from up to 5 picked moments, each with the reason it was chosen.
- Captioning. Word-by-word captions are already timed; you only fix words and placement.
- Reformatting. Switch a clip between 9:16, 16:9 and square in the editor instead of re-editing it.
- House styles. Save a style per client, built from their past videos or examples you upload, and apply it to new jobs.
- Live clients. Clip a client's Twitch, Kick or YouTube Live stream while it runs (beta).
Pricing that follows the work
Clipping costs 1 credit per minute of video. The Studio plan includes 1,850 credits a month, enough to clip about 30 hours of footage. See pricing.
What is not there yet
FluidCut is in public beta. There are no shared team workspaces or client review links yet, and it does not post to social accounts. Download the MP4s and deliver them through your usual channel.
