Use case

Short clips from lectures and course videos.

Educators use FluidCut two ways. Clip pulls the clearest explanations out of a long lecture or webinar as short captioned videos. Edit takes a raw lesson recording and returns a finished video with pauses and repeated takes removed, captions added and, in square format, numbered slides on top with you below.

Promote a course with its best moments

A 45 minute lesson usually contains a few self-contained explanations. FluidCut finds them and returns them as 9:16 clips you can post to Shorts, Reels or LinkedIn to bring people to the full course.

Edit lessons from instructions

Upload the recording and describe what you want, for example "remove the pauses, add captions and put the key points on slides". FluidCut plans the edit, renders it and shows you the result. Ask for changes and it renders again.

Captions help learners

Every clip and edit is captioned word by word. Hindi and Hinglish lessons are captioned in Roman script.

Questions

Can it handle screen recordings?

Yes, as long as there is speech. Moments are found from what is said, so a narrated screen recording works.

How long can a lesson be?

Up to 60 minutes per job and 2 GB per file. For longer lectures, clip one part at a time.

What does editing a lesson cost?

3 credits per minute for each output format, plus 1 per minute for planning. A 10 minute lesson in one format costs 40 credits.
